I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help my clients identify their fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits their needs, and educate them on the most effective ways to train their body. My approach to fitness and health is to promote an overall sense of wellness, not only physical but emotional too. I encourage my clients through every ounce of progress -- because all progress is good progress and needs to be celebrated.
I have worked with a variety of clientele ranging from beginner to advance with a consistent focus on developing physical literacy. I believe that everyone has the potential to reach their fitness goal and I am here to help on that journey.
I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Brock University, a Diploma in Fitness and Health from Humber College, and I am an ACSM-Certified Personal Trainer. Through my education and training experiences I have a depth and breadth of knowledge and experience to help YOU!
